Valley Farm Consultations

For your convenience there are doctors available for consultations at all times during our regular opening hours. Please call in to make an appointment. We do not make appointments at the weekend or on public holidays, when we work on a first come, first served basis, with emergencies taking priority. 

More complicated consultations such as sonar examinations for pregnancy and export forms are generally only scheduled between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

It is essential that you pre-book any operations, dentals or x-rays.
Emergencies are seen at any time. 

If you are a new client with us, down load our New Client Registration Form to save time at the surgery. We will need to take a photocopy of your ID.
All treatment is payable at the time. We accept cash, credit /debit cards (not Diners) and can provide a secure link for EFT payments. We do not accept cheques. 

For safety’s sake we request that dogs are on leads and cats in baskets when attending the practice.

Consulting Hours

Monday - Friday: 08h00 to 19h00
Saturdays: 09h00 to 18h00. Weekend vaccination and consultation surcharge applies after 1pm.
Sundays & Public Holidays: 10h00 to 18h00*. Weekend vaccination and consultation surcharge applies.
