Chronic Medication for Valley Farm Patients

If your pet is a Valley Farm patient with a valid prescription, getting their chronic medication is simple and hassle-free. Just contact us at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email, and we’ll have everything prepared for you at reception.

Please Note:

• We do not dispense medication on weekends.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will only be available for collection from Monday.

Prefer Delivery? We’ve Got You Covered!

For your convenience, we can courier your pet’s medication directly to your door. Here’s what you need to know:

• Prepayment Required: We will email you the invoice, and payment must be made in full before the medication is shipped.
• Courier Fee: R250 for Pretoria and Johannesburg. Fees for other areas are quoted individually based on location.
• Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 48 hours (weekdays only).
• Exclusions: Refrigerated items and Schedule 5+ medications cannot be couriered.

Prescription Refills & Check-Ups

When your pet’s medication is nearing the end of its supply, we’ll notify you that it’s time to refill. Before placing your next order, please schedule a Prescription Check-Up to ensure your pet is in good health. This consultation is legally required and ensures your pet’s continued well-being. The consultation fee is only R140.

Feel free to add pet food or other products to your order during your visit.
